CORPORATE CONTACT

We start the conversation with your operation.

We do not have to show the product in the first meeting. We begin by making the coordination, ownership, deadline and evidence gaps in your quality operation visible together; QWorks enters only as the mechanism that resolves that picture. There are two routes: a direct corporate meeting, or a short Quality Operations Stress Test. The test runs entirely within this site; your data does not travel to third-party form services.

How the Conversation Works

Diagnosis first. Then the operating model. The product last.

The principle of corporate selling at QWorks is not to present a catalogue. Our aim is for you to see your current way of working more clearly; the product only acquires meaning after that clarity.

01
Diagnosis

Together we clarify your current quality operation and its most visible gap, in your own words. A demonstration is not a prerequisite for the first meeting.

02
Operating model

We reframe the problem not as “a better form or dashboard”, but at the level of an operation run through ownership, deadlines, evidence and escalation.

03
Product

We show QWorks last, as the software evidence of that new operating model; integration, security and deployment questions are addressed together as well.

FIT
QWorks pays off fastest here
  • A supply chain manufacturer working under short customer deadlines and 8D discipline — typically Tier 1 or Tier 2
  • More than one site, department or supplier working on the same case
  • A fragmented system landscape where ERP, MES, PLM and quality systems sit side by side
  • An operation carrying continuous audit and evidence obligations
The value builds over time
  • A single site and modest case volume — coordination runs comfortably through a few people today
  • What is needed is a single record screen or report rather than end-to-end execution
  • Process ownership and management sponsorship are not yet on the agenda

This is not a screening list; it shows where QWorks makes a difference soonest. We work out together in the first meeting which side you are on — discussing the right timing is part of the job.

The Stress Test measures four dimensions of a quality operation: context, execution, evidence and learning.

The questions were written to establish the right conversation, not to produce a score. The outcome is not a scorecard for its own sake; it indicates the maturity of your operation and which gap carries meaning first.
