SOLUTIONS · OPERATIONAL NEEDS

Define the quality problem. QWorks runs the solution operation.

Scattered complaints, late 8Ds, closures without evidence and recurring problems usually point to the same gap: no operating model that carries quality work end to end. QWorks Complaint manages ownership, deadline, decision, evidence and escalation on a single case — from the moment a complaint opens to a closure whose effectiveness has been verified.

QWORKS COMPLAINT · IN USE
THE OPERATIONAL MEANING OF THE PROBLEM

A complaint opened without context produces the wrong scope, a late first response and inconsistent customer communication.

WHAT DOES QWORKS COMPLAINT DO?

It makes sure the complaint opens with the right customer, product and affected scope, and makes the responsible team and the response deadline visible from the very first moment.

Customer, product, lot/serial, shipment and criticality context are related to the case. The relevant SLA and ownership model come into play so that the first response starts in a controlled way.

VISIBLE GAIN

A complaint is not merely recorded; from the first moment it becomes an operation with a clear owner, scope and time expectation.

This scenario runs inside QWorks Complaint on the same case.

Let us review this scenario together
SAME CASE · DIFFERENT GAINS

Every team looks at the same truth. Each makes its own decision faster.

QWorks Complaint does not confine different teams to a single screen; it gives each team the view of the same case that its own responsibility requires.

Customer Quality

Customer expectation, response deadline and case status become visible in one context; communication does not depend on personal follow-up.

Quality and Problem-Solving Team

8D/CAPA steps, root cause work, actions, evidence and effectiveness checks are carried out on a single operation.

Production, Logistics and Supplier Teams

They see the actions, deadlines and required outputs that fall to them in the shared case context.

Management

Delay, recurrence and customer risk become visible through operations data; management visibility depends less on preparing a separate report.

STARTING SCENARIO

The first value becomes visible without waiting for full scope.

Starting with QWorks does not mean transforming the whole quality organisation at once. You focus on the clearest operational problem, make the first value visible within a controlled scope, and widen that scope once it is proven.

Choose the priority

Start by choosing the customer complaint or problem-solving scenario that creates the most operational pressure.

Define the decision and ownership model

Clarify the teams involved, responsibilities, approval points and escalation routes within the same scenario.

Connect the necessary context

Relate the customer, product, standard, SLA and relevant corporate context to the case.

Make success visible

Define in advance which operational indicators you expect to change in the first pilot.

Why QWorks

Your alternatives are reasonable. Where they break at scale is predictable.

Spreadsheets, your existing QMS, low-code tools and solutions you have built yourself all work up to a certain size. QWorks becomes meaningful when coordination complexity and customer risk pass the natural limit of those tools.

Instead of extending your existing QMS
Run the operation alongside it

Customer complaint, 8D/CAPA, the related actions and supplier contributions run in the same case context. What sets QWorks apart is not keeping records in one place, but managing the ownership, deadline, decision and evidence flow between them.

Instead of a cloud requirement
Operational control stays with you

QWorks supports on-premise deployment scenarios. Data residency, identity management, backup and the integration approach can be managed in line with your own IT standards.

Instead of a large transformation programme
Start with a single process

Choose the clearest operational problem, apply it within a controlled scope, measure the result, and widen the scope once the value is proven.

Instead of building processes from scratch with low-code
Quality methodology comes ready

The core operating model for 8D/CAPA, root cause, effectiveness verification, SLA and evidence management comes ready inside the product. Roles, deadlines, routes and control points are then configured to your own way of working.

QWORKS PLATFORM VISION

QWorks Complaint today. The whole quality lifecycle is the goal.

QWorks starts today with the customer complaint and 8D/CAPA operation. The platform vision is to bring Audit, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA and other quality processes together on the same operating model over time. The processes differ, but the underlying operational questions are alike: who is responsible, when must it be completed, what evidence is required, who must approve, and what happens if it is late? QWorks extends this shared way of working under the Quality Lifecycle Management — QLM approach.

Frequently Asked

First questions about solution scope.

The four questions asked most often about QMS, low-code and today’s product scope.

Does QWorks replace our existing QMS?

No. QWorks does not have to replace a classic QMS. QMS solutions play an important role for quality records, procedures, documents and compliance requirements. The focus of QWorks is running the operation that forms around those records: who is responsible, when must it be completed, what evidence is required, who must approve, and what should happen when something is late? For that reason QWorks can sit alongside your existing QMS, ERP, MES or PLM environment.

What is the difference between QWorks and a low-code workflow platform?

On general-purpose low-code platforms, the quality methodology and operating rules are usually designed from scratch by the organisation. In QWorks, mechanisms specific to quality operations — 8D/CAPA, root cause, effectiveness verification, SLA, evidence and escalation — are part of the product model. Rather than building them from scratch, the organisation configures them to its own structure, roles and processes.

What can QWorks deliver today?

The focus product today is QWorks Complaint. Complaint manages customer complaints, 8D/CAPA, root cause analysis, corrective action, action tracking, escalation, evidence and effectiveness verification on the same case. The other quality areas are part of the broader QWorks Quality Lifecycle Management vision.

Which organisations is QWorks suited to?

QWorks is designed above all for manufacturing organisations where customer complaints and quality operations run across more than one team, system or location, and where deadline, customer and audit pressure are high.

Let us identify the first value point together.

You do not have to transform your whole quality organisation. Let us pick the single scenario that creates the most operational pressure, look at how it runs today, and identify together where QWorks can create measurable value.
