INTEGRATION APPROACH

It does not change your existing systems.
It runs the quality operation between them.

QWorks carries the context produced by ERP, MES, PLM, QMS, DMS, CRM and BI into the quality process. It starts the right work, makes ownership and deadlines visible, runs the evidence and decision flow, and relates the outcome back to the relevant systems and processes. Throughout, control of the data stays with you.

Pick a system; see which context it provides and which process uses it.

QWorks is a quality operations layer. Each of the enterprise systems below either provides context to that layer or receives data from it. Hover over a box: the direction, method and consuming process light up.

CONTEXT IT PROVIDES
Customer record and specific requirementsOrder and shipment informationMaterial and stock context
PROCESSES USING THIS CONTEXT
Complaint managementCustomer, shipment and warranty context arrives automatically at case intake
Lot and scopeAffected shipment and stock scope is determined through ERP
When a complaint opens, customer, shipment and warranty context is not searched for by hand; it arrives from ERP at the moment of intake.
How It Connects

However old your systems are, they connect.

Your existing infrastructure decides the form the connection takes. New systems and systems you have run for years both feed the same quality operation — and you do not have to replace any of them.

Live connection

Customer, product and shipment details arrive from their source the moment they are needed. Nobody types the same data into two systems.

Change notification

When something changes in the source system, QWorks knows at once. Nobody carries the update by hand and nobody works from an old version.

Scheduled transfer

For older systems that cannot connect live, transfers run at set intervals. Rollout does not wait on a system that cannot be replaced.

Sign in as usual

People sign in with the account they already use at work. No separate user list, no separate password, no separate permission table.

Data Ownership

The principle we care about most: the data is yours.

QWorks runs the quality operation but does not take ownership of the data. The record in your enterprise systems remains the master source; QWorks uses only the context it needs to carry the work. “Where does our data sit” always has a clear answer: with you.

Data stays at its source
QWorks does not copy and own the data; it pulls the context it needs by reference.
On-premise deployment
The platform runs on the organisation’s own infrastructure; integration topology follows your policy.
Writing back is your decision
QWorks writes to nothing on its own. If anything is written back, exactly what gets written is agreed with you up front.
Auditable permission
Your own role structure decides who can reach what; every action answers who and when.
How It Works

Pull the context, run the operation, relate the result back.

01
Pull the context

Customer, product, lot, process and standard context is reduced to a single reference from the relevant systems.

02
Run the operation

Quality work is executed on the QWorks backbone with task, route, SLA, evidence and decision discipline.

03
Relate the result

Closure, evidence and learning are linked back to the relevant systems and processes in a controlled way.
